Department of Human Physiology & Biochemistry

The purpose of a course in physiology is to teach the functions, processes and inter relationship of different organs and system of body and to equip the students with normal standards of reference for use while diagnosing and treating deviations from the normal. Study of human physiology helps us to understand the basic life systems.

The department has well equipped Physiology laboratory, Biochemistry laboratory, separate museum and Clinical Physiology demonstrating rooms.

The department is regularly arranging tutorials, Seminars& Guest lectures, to enable better quality approach to the subject &bring home the point to the students that the integrated approach is more meaningful
